Reconnaisance

Being in the Yukon over the weekend presented the opportunity to do a little road-tripping by car to check things out.  Talked with lots of people and saw some amazing scenery.  Can't wait to tour it by bike!  Without exception, everyone I talked to said it would be worthwhile to see about getting tires or a bike that would allow me to do the top-of-the-world highway as well as the Dempster to Inuvik.  Talked to a local dealer - lots of people come up to Whitehorse, swap their street tires for off-road and head up there.  I've got some thinking to do.......
